Verify your insurance coverage

View the plans we accept to make certain your insurance provider is one of them. We welcome you to sign up for Sharp Health Plan, which offers a variety of health insurance options for individuals, families and businesses. If you have any questions about copays, deductibles or your covered services, please call your insurance company to confirm you have the coverage you need.

Choose a medical group

With three medical groups to choose from, you will find the best doctor at the right location.

Find the doctor who is right for you

There are two simple ways to find the right doctor for you.

  • Search online with our quick, easy-to-use Find a Doctor tool

  • Call 1-800-82-SHARP (1-800-827-4277), Monday through Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, to speak with a physician referral nurse who knows our doctors and can help you find the perfect fit
