Nicole Giangregorio is the manager of women's support programs at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns.

"Often, parents don't realize how many resources are available to them before, during and after pregnancy," says Giangregorio. "We have classes for every member of the family — mom and dad, siblings, even grandparents."

Additionally, Giangregorio and the staff of the New Beginnings Boutique and Gift Shop at Sharp Mary Birch offer specialized services to breastfeeding mothers, including guidance and support.
