Join other parents in this support group to share the experiences and responsibilities of new parenthood. Discover how to ease the transition into your new role, develop new friendships and enhance your knowledge and confidence as a new parent.

The support group is an informal drop-in session for new parents and their babies birth to 6 months. The group meets weekly, excluding major holidays.

Free parking is available in the lot directly behind the building and on Dagget Street. Check signs for time limitations.

The support group is led by perinatal educator Tina Bird, CCE, IBCLC, CLE, who can answer the many questions of being a new parent.
