Prepare your body and mind for an easier labor and recovery period through stretching and strengthening exercises. This class provides a mix of traditional hatha yoga poses modified for pregnancy. Regular yoga practice can help reduce swelling, back and leg pain and insomnia.
The first class is free for women at least 12 weeks pregnant and with a doctor's note.
Please note, there will be no class on major holidays.

Free parking is available in the lot directly behind the building and on Dagget Street. Check signs for time limitations.
Fee Information
You are purchasing a pass to attend yoga eight times. The pass does not expire and can be used at any Tuesday or Thursday class. Your instructor will keep track of your attendance. You may also use this pass for Baby and Me Yoga.
What to Bring
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water and yoga mat or towel. You must bring a signed doctor's note giving permission to exercise to your first class.
