- How your body prepares for birth and delivery
- Hospital procedures
- Medication choices
- Newborn characteristics
- Postpartum procedures
- Relaxation and breathing techniques
A hospital tour is included during the class.

Parking Information
Visitors may park on the street in front of the Knollwood Building or directly across the street in the parking lot labeled “Sharp Cardiac/Pulmonary Patient Permit Parking Only.”
