Eating Disorders Support Group
This free support group is sponsored by the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD).

This support group is designed to help individuals and families gain a better understanding of the complexity of eating disorders and maintaining lifelong recovery. The group is sponsored by the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD).
The group is led by a Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital Eating Disorders Program therapist. Topics for discussion may include:
- Healing body image issues
- Maintaining healthy relationships
- Managing cultural and media messages
- Mindful eating habits
- Relapse prevention
- Stress management
- Self-esteem
- Treatment and other resource options
Participants will also have an opportunity to share their own experiences at this weekly meeting.
Registration is not required and all members of the community are welcome to attend.
